The State regional center of standardization, metrology and tests
Denis Mironov was born on the 14 of May 1974 at Leningrad region, Russia. He studied at school from 1981- 1991, after it he did military service at 1992-1993. He studied at St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications of the prof. M.A. Bonch-Bruyevich, specialty – radio engineering (1995-1999), and later at Northwest academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation. Specialty - the public and municipal administration, qualification - the manager, honors degree (2005-2008).
From 2005 till 2009 he worked as a Head of the municipality “Shumskoye rural settlement of Kirovsky municipal district of the Leningrad Region” and organized the realization of local authorities’ questions.
Then Denis was the deputy head of administration on economy in the Municipality Administration Kirovsky district of the Leningrad Region and since 2013 he started my work at regional authorities: at Government of the Leningrad Region (2013 – 2014), Government of Saint Petersburg (2014 – 2015), Government of the city of Moscow (2015 – 2016).
At 2016 he moved from Moscow to Saint Petersburg and started to work at Central joint-stock company “Electron research institute” as CEO and worked there until 2018.
At 2018 he moved from Saint Petersburg to Nizhniy Novgorod and started to work at Federal budgetary institution "Center for Standardization and Metrology of Rosstandart for Nizhny Novgorod region" as a director and work here at the present moment.
