Russian Journalist and educator. In 1993 founded and headed the Center of Practical Psychology "Catharsis" - the first Russian psychological institution for teachers and educators. In 1997 founded and headed "School Psychologist" - the only psychological weekly in the world. Author of distant educational course for teachers and of hundreds articles in educational press.
Now is heading the development of educational system for innovational school-kindergarten complex in Irkutsk (Russia)
