BIOGRAPHY
In 1989 graduated from the Gorky State University named after N.I.Lobachevsky, with a specialization in “Planning of Industry”, economist.

In 2001г. graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Law Academy.

In 2002–2004 — Deputy Head of the Entrepreneurial Activity Regulation Department of the Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry.

In 2004–2006 — Chief Adviser of the Analytical Department of Russia’s Presidential Expert Directorate.

In 2006 — Deputy Head of the National Top-Priority Projects Monitoring Department of Russia’s Presidential Expert Directorate.

In 2006–2008 — Head of the Executive Government Authorities Performance Analysis Department of Russia’s Presidential Expert Directorate.

In 2008–2009 — Deputy Head of First Deputy Prime Minister I.I.Shuvalov’s Secretariat.

Since November 2009 — Deputy Chairman of State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’.

Since August 2018 — CEO of ‘Monocities development fund’.

Received commendations by the Russian President.

In 2010, she was awarded a medal “For Special Contribution to the Development of Kuzbass Third Grade” for high professionalism and significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the Kemerovo region.

For her efficient activity on modernizing the economy of mono-cities and fruitful cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan she was awarded the Medal for Valorous Labour of the Republic of Tatarstan, for her great contribution to socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan she was thanked officially by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
