Born in Moscow on 31 March 1984.
Has a Master's degree in Architecture from People's Friendship University of Russia.
In 2010-2012 studied on postgraduate European Master of Urbanism program in University of Leuven (Belgium) and TU Delft (Netherlands), awarded with MSc degree in Urbanism and Strategic Planning.
In 2012-2013 studied in Strelka Institute for architecture, media and design.
Since 2013 works as project director for pedestrian infrastructure development.
In March 2015 started as Deputy head of Moscow traffic management center for development of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure.
Member of expert pool for Global street design guide, in 2017-2018 developed and taught educational course "Transport design" for postgraduate master's program "Advanced Urban Design"
