Author of research papers and articles regarding social and economic reforms in China, financial system of China, exchange rate regime in China, economic implications of Belt and Road Initiative for Russia, development finance. Member and expert of keyl Russian-Chinese professional business associations including Russian-Chinese Law society, Russian-Chinese Committee of Friendship, Peace and Development, Russian Chinese Business Council etc.
During his career, Oleg held positions at financial institutions both state-owned and private. Among them: State Corporation "Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)", VTB Bank (PJSC), Investment company “Vardanyan, Broitman and partners”.
Currently Oleg heads SKOLKOVO China Unit and officially represents Moscow school of management SKOLKOVO in China. Among his responsibilities are strategic communications with Chinese clients, supporiting Chinese modules of MBA, EMBA and Practicum, organizing professional research and education programmes for Russian businessmen, as well as promoting Russian-Chinese business cooperation.
